Stone Calvary Cross in Piotrowice

Near the parish church of St. Martin (by the entrance to Hotel Dakol) is an interesting cultural monument of the Piotrowice municipality near Karviná. It is a stone Calvary cross dating back to 1858. On the front of the cross's pedestal, there is a relief depicting St. Veronica, and on either side of the cross, there are two statues, each about one meter tall—on the left is the Holy Virgin, and on the right is St. John. The total height of the cross is about four meters. It was renovated in 1995.
