For a short break in Godów, we also recommend the sports and recreation complex and skatepark. You can get there by driving straight from the border along Piotrowicka Street, then a short section of 1 Maja Street in Gołkowice, Cmentarna Street (after a few hundred metres, Cmentarna Street changes its name to Polna Street, which means that you are in Godów), from Polna Street, turn onto the district road and after about 300 metres, turn left onto the road near the Municipal Office. The leisure and recreation complex next to the sports field in Godów was built in 2009. It consists of an amphitheatre with a concert shell designed for organising all kinds of meetings and cultural events. Next to this facility, a skatepark and a climbing wall have been built. A recreational running track with an artificial surface and three lanes for athletics, along with a grandstand, lighting and a rest area with small architecture, was built around the existing football pitch. There are benches throughout the facility. Concrete pavements were built around the pitch and skatepark, as well as a small square leading into the amphitheatre area. The facility is accessible via a paved municipal road, while the northern part of the plot has a pedestrian and vehicle route. In September 2012, the sports and recreation complex in Godów, next to the Municipal Office, was equipped with new tourist infrastructure - an outdoor gym and a concrete barbecue, located next to a wooden shelter. In 2013, A long jump pit and shot put circle were created, and a concrete table tennis table was installed. In 2014, a mini ramp was added to the existing skatepark, and a sound system was installed throughout the complex. In 2019, additional equipment and themed boards were installed at the skatepark.
